One of the perks of my other job is that every now and then, I get to be a part of an amazing day where speakers actually motivate and inspire. Monday was one of those days. If you've never heard about Joe Coles, he's definitely someone to mention to your principal or boss. As a parent, I'm very interested in his student leadership program & hope my children can be a part of something like that.
Being a former coach, he had lots of sports stories. One of them he shared had to do with the advice that John Wooden's father gave him. I loved all of it so much that I made a float wrap for the studio. I thought it would be fitting to share those words with you on this "Wordful" Wednesday. Enjoy!
